Mediate Today was launched on 7 September 1994 to provide a fresh approach to dispute resolution in Australia. Over the past sixteen years, Mediate Today has become one of Australia’s foremost, independent, specialist providers of ADR and related services to corporations, government and the professions.

We specialise in appointing mediators, negotiators, facilitators, conciliators and adjudicators to assist parties resolve difficult disputes in a cost effective, mutually agreeable and speedy manner. Ombudsman services are also available.

Mediate Today has been appointed as a Recognised Mediation Accreditation Body (RMAB) under the new National standards introduced in January 2008, and all our mediators are accredited to the national standard.

The company is well known at all tiers of government. At the federal level, Mediate Today has been appointed by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to appoint mediators under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Assistance Scheme (ADRAS).

From 2001 to 2006, Mediate Today was appointed Ombudsman to the Produce and Grocery Industry providing national dispute resolution services in the produce and grocery industry.

At the State level, Mediate Today and its related company, Adjudicate Today, provides statutory adjudication of payment disputes in the building and construction industry and training in NSW, Queensland and Victoria as an Authorised Nominating Authority under the respective State Acts.

At the local level Mediate Today and its related entity, Review Today, provides dispute resolution (mainly negotiation and mediation), advisory services and training to local government.

Mediate Today regularly conducts training programs in dispute resolution, covering mediation, conciliation, adjudication and facilitation. The Company is a recognised provider of training services in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
