Mediate Today specialises in the design and delivery of conflict resolution
and mediation courses to meet the requirements of individual clients.

Public Sector
Tailored conflict resolution and mediation courses from 1 day to 5 days have been developed for public sector clients in high conflict areas involving direct contact with the public. An example of this approach involved our tailored mediation training for the NSW Department of Education and Training’s management development unit to Senior Managers and Executives. Specialised role-plays to assist in the development of practical skills in the public sector were utilised to reflect issues confronting the participants.
The course for the Department of Education and Training rated the highest recall level of all executive courses conducted by the Department.
Private Sector
Mediate Today conducts 2-day training courses for Sales Managers and counter staff who regularly receive and deal with difficult conversations. Attendees regularly comment on the importance of the course in developing practical skills in mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution providing opportunities to improve the way they currently managed their customers.
The two-day course is very popular for organisations to build on the skills base of their Executives as they apply their mediation and negotiation skills to the workplace. The feedback indicates that the course will become a development tool for managers at all levels.
